The production base covers 40 acres, and we have 5 sub-factories with total around 25,000 square meters production area. There are about 600 workers.
Double-side Cloth Sub-factory, we operate 4 production lines with more than 100 skilled workers. With a monthly production capacity of 25,000 pcs overcoat.
Down Jacket Sub-factory, we operate 4 production lines with more than 100 skilled workers. With a monthly production capacity of 20,000 pcs down jackets, our factory operates entirely on JIT (Just-In-Time) production lines.
High End Jacket Sub-factory, we operate 4 production lines with more than 100 skilled workers. With a monthly production capacity of 30,000 pcs jackets, our factory operates entirely on JIT (Just-In-Time) production lines.
High End Blouse/Dress Sub-factory, we operate 4 production lines with more than 100 skilled workers. With a monthly production capacity of 35,000 pcs blouse/dress, our factory operates entirely on JIT (Just-In-Time) production lines.
Sweater Sub-factory, we operate 2 production lines with more than 60 skilled workers. With a monthly production capacity of 15,000 pcs sweater and we serve customers who place the orders with double-side cloth and down jacket as twin-set, that is why material is most of cashmere, or cashmere blend.
